PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. (CBS12) — A Pompano Beach man was arrested after being accused of stealing 39 times from Target stores across Florida.
According to the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office, Keith Ryan Wallis is being accused of traveling from Orlando to Homestead to steal sports trading cards from both Target and Walmart stores to sell on eBay.
In November of 2025, an investigation was put into effect after a Target in Lake Park alleged a man had stole multiple boxes of sports trading cards on November 8th and the 14th. PBSO says after picking up the investigation, they were able to identify Wallis as the suspect. Further investigation revealed that since July, 2025 he had committed 39 thefts generating $5,000 in losses…
