HALLANDALE BEACH, FL – Patrizia’s Waterfront is preparing to open at 1975 South Ocean Drive, Hallandale Beach, FL 33009, marking the brand’s 18th location and its continued expansion from its New York roots. Owner Emerson Insfran told Business Debut the restaurant will bring the group’s Italian-American offerings to the Hemispheres Condominium community and surrounding area.
The concept originated in New York and has since grown to multiple locations across several states.
What to Expect
Patrizia’s Waterfront will offer a full-service dining experience with indoor seating in a waterfront setting. Guests can expect lunch, dinner and weekend brunch service, along with a lineup of recurring specials including Happy Hour, Martini Mondays and 50% off wine on Wednesdays.
