The Knife celebrated its grand opening at the Coral Square Mall with a ribbon-cutting celebration on Thursday afternoon.
The Coral Springs Coconut Creek Regional Chamber of Commerce led the event, which was attended by Coral Springs commission members and community leaders.
Located at the Coral Square Mall, The Knife is an Argentinian-style steakhouse offering an unlimited buffet for $49 on weekdays and $54 on weekends. There is a salad bar with 25 items, soup, and grilled vegetables. Meat includes chicken, beef, pork, and sausages.
