Attorneys for Tamarac triple murder suspect ask to be removed from case: Court filings

Attorneys who are representing a South Florida man accused of a Tamarac triple murder last year want to be removed from the case, court filings said.

Nathan Gingles was charged with three counts of first-degree murder with a firearm, along with violating an injunction relating to not having contact with the child or child’s mother, and interfering with custody of a minor.
