Police: 2 students bring knives onto Miami-Dade school bus with intent to attack peer

MIAMI LAKES, Fla. — Two 18-year-old students were arrested last Friday after they were accused of bringing knives onto a school bus with the intention of attacking another student, Miami-Dade Schools Police said.

According to the suspects’ arrest reports, the students attend Barbara Goleman Senior High School in Miami Lakes.

Police said Yadrian Hernandez brought a black, 3.5-inch blade onto the bus Friday morning and gave it to Wedley Gouverneur to put in Gouverneur’s bookbag…
