Boca Raton Man Charged Under ‘Super Speeder’ Law After Yamato Road Traffic Stop

A 21-year-old Boca Raton resident has been charged under Florida’ “Super Speeder” law after allegedly driving 98 m.p.h. while weaving in and out of traffic on a local road.

Pedro Henrique Dama Oliveira, 21, caught the attention of a Boca Raton police officer at 8:57 a.m. while he was driving eastbound on Yamato Road. Oliveira’s Infiniti G37 was “cutting in and out of heavy traffic” and failing to signal, a police report said, and was allegedly clocked at a speed of 98 m.p.h. by a laser unit in the police vehicle…
