MIAMI — A man is facing a second-degree murder charge in the December 2024 death of 22-year-old Nahomi Cittadini.
Police say Lorent Pion beat Cittadini before dragging her onto the shoulder of Interstate 95, where she was struck by a car traveling at least 80 mph.
