“Let Me In, I’m Coming In Your House!”: Homeowner Arms Himself Against Woman Demanding Entry as Family Slept Inside

A homeowner armed himself and warned he would shoot after a woman repeatedly demanded entry and tried forcing her way into the home while his wife and child slept inside, deputies said.

According to a Lauderhill Police report, on March 26, deputies responded to a 911 call reporting a burglary in progress, in which an unknown woman was attempting to break into a home through the front door.

The homeowner told deputies he and his family were asleep inside when loud banging and yelling at the front door woke them. When he went to investigate and briefly opened the door, he saw a woman, later identified as Magali Jimenez, 60, of Lauderhill, standing in the driveway.
