The iconic clubhouse at the old Carolina Golf Club could be renovated into a valuable venue for weddings, corporate meetings, and community gatherings, according to one commissioner.
During the April 1 meeting, Commissioner Tommy Ruzzano addressed Rosemurgy Properties, the developer of the former golf course, stating that he wants the company to give Margate the building and possibly some money to renovate it.
