A man has been arrested in connection with a hit-and-run in Oakland Park that left a pedestrian dead earlier this week, authorities said.
Khaleel Ky Won Carey, 22, of North Lauderdale, is facing charges of failure to stop at the scene of a crash involving death and tampering with or fabricating physical evidence, an arrest report said.
