A man was taken to the hospital after he nearly drowned at a beach in Hollywood on Sunday afternoon, officials said
According to Hollywood Ocean Rescue, lifeguards arrived at the beach in the area of Charleston Street around 1:50 p.m. after the man was pulled from the water and CPR was underway.
