A Boca Raton man was arrested Sunday after authorities say he allegedly pointed a firearm at another person and threatened him during a dispute over a parking garage electric vehicle charger.
Beltessazar De Oliveira Almeida, 43, faces a felony charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and a misdemeanor charge of battery, according to a report from the Palm Beach County Sheriff’s Office.
