Coral Springs Charter School Band Director David Cardona has been named a quarterfinalist for the 2027 Grammy Music Educator Award, a national honor presented by the Recording Academy and the Grammy Museum.
Cardona was selected from more than 2,100 nominations submitted nationwide, with only 202 music educators advancing to the quarterfinalist round.
