FORT MYERS, Fla. — A Fort Myers man has been sentenced to more than five years in federal prison following a guilty plea on charges of possessing a gun as a convicted felon.
James Marshall, 32, was sentenced by a United States district judge on Friday and will serve five years and 10 months in federal prison, a news release said.
