A Naples man Lee County Sheriff Carmine Marceno described as a “calculated maniac” is in custody accused of kidnapping a woman, driving her more than 2,500 miles away and threatening to kill her family.
Floyd Stuck, 41, faces charges of kidnapping an adult victim; aggravated stalking; unlawful installation of a track device; and fleeing or eluding law enforcement in Lee County. In Collier County, Stuck additionally faces charges of interfering with law enforcement as well as fleeing and eluding.
