PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies made two separate arrests during a recent trip to the Walmart store on Murdock Circle.
Members of the CCSO’s Strategic Target Area Response Unit went to the store at around 3 p.m. Friday, looking for Kevin Emery Ball, 67, of Port Charlotte, who was wanted for failure to appear in court for a previous charge.
A STAR deputy spotted Ball standing on the east side of the store, holding a black book bag. Deputies arrested Ball on the failure to appear charge and then found the bag had methamphetamine crystals in it…
