CAPE CORAL, Fla. — A man was arrested in Cape Coral after he was accused of exposing himself while staring at a woman in a plaza off Pine Island Road.
According to the Cape Coral Police Department’s arrest report, Seth Martin Schnars, 36, is facing a charge of indecent exposure (exposure of sexual organs – first offense) after the woman reported him for it as she walked up to a hair salon and found it to be disgusting.
The woman identified Schnars as he sat in front of the store, and he was arrested, the report states…
