Councilwoman Rachel Kaduk showed up in court last week as her DUI case progressed. The judge set her trial for July 14 at 8 a.m. as she faces charges of driving under the influence and refusing a breathalyzer.
Police arrested Kaduk back in December. Cape Coral officers had pulled her over, and their body cam footage shows the moment they told her to walk heel to toe along a line, then ended up putting her in handcuffs and leading her to the back of a squad car.
