CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. —
A Deep Creek man is accused of leading troopers with the Florida Highway Patrol on a chase Saturday morning while calling 911, thinking that the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office was after him.
According to an arrest report, troopers were traveling west on Harborview Road at Rowland Drive in Charlotte County when they observed a RAM 1500 going east with its high-beam lights on.
