PUNTA GORDA — Charlotte County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Punta Gorda man on charges of insurance fraud and filing a false theft report after he reported his truck was found in a canal.
Dale Allen Qualls, 37, 12100 block of Cartouche, was arrested Thursday, according to Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office reports.
