One of Punta Gorda’s best-known waterfront destinations, Fishermen’s Village, has new owners.
The Business Observer reports that the real estate was purchased for $43 million by Punta Gorda-based Harborview Capital Group and Miami-based Torose Equities.
The sale comes as Charlotte County continues to grow and commercial investment responds to the changing needs of the community.
