New Allegiant Florida-Michigan routes start at $69 one way

Ultra-low-cost airline Allegiant Air is adding more Florida flights to an already expanded network. The Las Vegas-based carrier announced more year-round, nonstop routes between Flint, Michigan, and two airports in the Sunshine State.

One-way flights from Orlando International Airport (MCO) or Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) start at $69, for a limited time, according to a Sept. 1 release.

“This is tremendous news for Flint Bishop Airport and travelers throughout Mid-Michigan,” Nino Sapone, Chief Executive Officer of Flint Bishop International Airport, said in the release. “Adding year-round service to Orlando and Fort Myers gives our passengers even more choices and flexibility when traveling to Florida.”…
