Cape Coral, FL — On September 24, 2026, at approximately 6:16 p.m., officers with the Cape Coral Police Department responded to the Circle K gas station located at 935 Country Club Boulevard in reference to a report of shots fired.
Call notes indicated that a man fired a handgun during a disturbance in the parking lot. The suspect was the passenger of a red SUV that fled the scene.
The victim arrived at the Cape Coral Police Department immediately after the incident to report what happened. He told officers after getting gas, he was waiting for traffic to clear so he could drive out of the parking lot.
