CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. — A man in Charlotte County was arrested after deputies say he knocked someone who was riding their bicycle into the ground and threatened to kill them.
According to an arrest report, deputies with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Pellam Boulevard and Cochran Boulevard in reference to an assault.
When deputies arrived, they spoke with the victim, who told them that while he was riding his bicycle, he saw an unknown man walking toward him. The man, later identified as Christopher Zubrycky, 43, hit the victim after he had pulled over on his bike to avoid hitting Zubrycky, the victim said…
