The Fort Myers Beach Town Council has called a special meeeting for Tuesday at 3PM so they can schedule a shade meeting to discuss a settlement with La Ola owner Thomas Houghton.
A shade meeting is held outside the public view. Legal settlements are pretty much the only issue that can be held behind closed doors.
