A Cape Coral-based ice cream food truck is preparing to open a brick-and-mortar in Sanibel.
Crooked Cow Creamery, which serves up ice cream served “spiked or sober,” has submitted plans for a new restaurant at 2330 Palm Ridge Rd, Unit 9.
“At Crooked Cow, we don’t do bland,” says the Crooked Cow website. “We do brain-freeze-inducing, finger-licking, what-the-heck-was-that-flavor desserts that’ll make your sweet tooth sing …and maybe cry a little (in a good way).”…
