CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. – Detectives continue to investigate a shooting that left two people dead in a Charlotte County home on Wednesday. According to the Charlotte County Fire & EMS, a shooting was reported along Trails End Drive near Washington Loop Road just before 1:00 p.m. Dispatchers received a call that two people had been shot and killed at a home.
