CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (WWSB) – Florida Highway Patrol needs help figuring out exactly what happened in Charlotte County. What they do know is that a 41-year-old North Port woman was headed south in the center lane of US-41. What led to the crash is unclear, but emergency responders brought her to the hospital with critical injuries.
