Christopher Alan Homes has had a solid four months since it debuted marketing homes in the Creekside Run neighborhood of Babcock Ranch, with 27 sales. The Fort Myers-based homebuilder, according to a statement, plans to welcome its first residents to the homes during February. Creekside Run is a 100-acre gated community featuring “neighborhood amenities and single-family homesites nestled along lakes, parks and preserves in Babcock Ranch’s new MidTown district,” the release adds.
