Fort Myers middle schooler arrested for mass shooting threat on Snapchat

FORT MYERS, Fla. – A student at Paul Laurence Middle School was arrested on Wednesday after they allegedly made a mass shooting threat on Snapchat. According to the Fort Myers Police Department, an FMPD school resource officer investigated the threat Wednesday morning and the 13-year-old student was arrested by detectives. She faces a charge of electronic threats to conduct a mass shooting.
