North Port man indicted for allegedly stealing gun from firearms dealer

NORTH PORT, Fla. (WWSB) – A North Port man has been indicted for stealing a gun from a firearms dealer. 48-year-old James Michael O’Brien is charged with theft of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm. If convicted, O’Brien faces a maximum penalty of 10 years in federal prison on each count.
