Here’s Airbnb’s top trending spots for the 4th of July this year ― including two Southwest Florida cities.

What are the best spots in Florida for the 4th of July?

Out of the top 10 Fourth of July destinations on Airbnb, two were in Florida.

Both destinations were Southwest Florida gems: Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach.

Sanibel ranked at number nine on the list, followed by Fort Myers Beach at 10.

Airbnb says scenic landscaping and popular celebrations impact how trendy a location is for the holiday.

Pools, barbecue grills, and firepits at the Airbnb listing can also increase requests to book.
