CAPE CORAL, Fla. – A narcotics investigation led to a man’s arrest after he was allegedly selling large amounts of counterfeit blue-pressed fentanyl pills in Lee County. The Cape Coral Police Department says Richard Riley, 57, was arrested on Thursday after the SWAt team conducted a search warrant at his home.
