New North Fort Myers farmside restaurant picks up right where Rosy Tomorrows left off

Blossom, the family matriarch donkey, is in an enclosure a stone’s throw from the restaurant.

Brie, the Jersey dairy cow, is nearby too, often hanging with the chickens at the upper part of the driveway.

That dynamic duo are the namesake of Blossom & Brie, a unique farm, dining and event venue in North Fort Myers.

It took over Rose O’Dell and Gary King’s Rosy Tomorrows Heritage Farms’ beloved farm-to-table restaurant and property on Nalle Grade Road.

“The property was listed on a Monday and we were here the next day,” said Rodney Poole, a co-owner along with his wife Stacey.

They purchased the 86-acre property just over a year ago, on Sept. 5, 2023, and reopened the dining room in May.

Meet the owners

Before purchasing the farm, Rodney and Stacey were local restaurateurs.

“We were majority owners of The Club at Renaissance in Fort Myers,” Rodney said. “We sold it two weeks before Hurricane Ian.”

That’s where they gained insight into the restaurant and event business.
