State records showed that out of 370 restaurants inspected, 286 passed on their first visit, while 84 required follow-up inspections.

Five restaurants in the county 41 Diner in Fort Myers, Casa Lupita Cafa in Fort Myers, The Saucy Meatball in Fort Myers, Deromo’s Gourmet Market in Bonita Springs aand Oasis At Valencia Bonita in Bonita Springs, stood out with 15 violations each:
Among these, only Oasis At Valencia Bonita still requires a follow-up inspection as of this writing. The others have since met inspection standards.
