Lee County, Florida restaurants with most violations in last 30 days

In the past 30 days, several Lee County’s restaurant receieved visits from health inspectors from the Florida Department of Business & Professional Regulation conducted routine checks. State records showed that out of 370 restaurants inspected, 286 passed on their first visit, while 84 required follow-up inspections.

Inspection Results Overview

With Lee County’s population reaching an estimated 834,573 in 2023 according to the United States Census Bureau’s reports, dining out is a common activity for both residents and visitors. Recent inspections have highlighted several establishments with room for improvement.

Five restaurants in the county 41 Diner in Fort Myers, Casa Lupita Cafa in Fort Myers, The Saucy Meatball in Fort Myers, Deromo’s Gourmet Market in Bonita Springs aand Oasis At Valencia Bonita in Bonita Springs, stood out with 15 violations each:

Among these, only Oasis At Valencia Bonita still requires a follow-up inspection as of this writing. The others have since met inspection standards.
