Cops and Goblins fill mall with fun

PORT CHARLOTTE — Kids and families had plenty to do on Halloween at the Port Charlotte Town Center mall.

Courtesy of the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office and its employees, the mall came alive inside and out with holiday fun, including helicopters, bounce houses, demonstrations, costumes and lots and lots of candy — two tons of it, in fact.

More than 6,000 attended the annual event.
