FORT MYERS BEACH, Fla. – The town of Fort Myers Beach is expected to approve a trail expansion through the area on Monday. In early November, the town council discussed the BERT Project. The council was in favor of a nearly 15-mile-long trail that will connect to the 42-mile rail trail.
