A Florida man is accused of whipping out a machete during a bizarre road rage incident with a female driver, local news outlets reported. Police responded to a report of a road range incident in Estero on Dec. 16 to learn Phillip Mark Zmijewski, 33, had allegedly tailgated a woman and flashed his lights at her while following her for several blocks, WFLA reported.
