Every development takes a long time to come to fruition, and sometimes plans for a grandiose subdivision or business just fizzle out altogether, but Englewood always has a new things coming, and the outlook for 2025 is no exception.
Englewood native and real estate agent Brian Faro regularly checks to see what’s up and coming around the area to help inform his community.
As Paradise Exclusive Real Estates co-owner, he keeps close tabs on projects that have been submitted for approval in both Charlotte and Sarasota counties. He also checks their progress as the development plans make their ways through the various staff reviews, advisory board hearings and, when applicable, count commission approval.
