PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County deputies arrested an alleged drunk driver Friday, following a call from inside his own car.
Jorge David Gutierrez Gonzalez, 36, is facing charges of DUI, resisting arrest, child abuse without great bodily harm, fleeing or eluding law enforcement, and refusal to submit to testing.
