Cape Coral man accused of shooting, killing alligator in Bokeelia, FWC says

A Cape Coral man faces charges stemming from an April incident where authorities say he killed an alligator.

On April 18, officers with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission arrested William Wacha, 57, on one count of illegally taking or possessing an alligator or alligator eggs, which is a first-degree misdemeanor.
