Anthony Pospiech and Michael Amato are the forces behind this food truck that debuted March 28 at Safe Harbor Pineland Marina on the Bokeelia half of Pine Island.
“We’re doing really well,” Pospiech said. “Local support has been great. I didn’t expect to have so many people coming by golf cart and bicycle.”
They’re coming for authentic Philly cheesesteaks (“beef, our house-made wiz, fried onions and an Amoroso roll, that’s it”), smoked pulled pork, pastrami and wings, breakfast sandwiches, coffee, seafood baskets, wraps, kids menu and more…
