FORT MYERS, Fla. (CBS12) — A Fort Myers man has been arrested after throwing a kitten so hard on the ground that it lost its life.
Sheriff Carmine Marceno said, “I’ve said it once and I’ll say it again: Animal cruelty will never be tolerated in Lee County. This disgusting act landed Perez Nas in the Lee County Jail. We will always protect those that cannot protect themselves.”
