PUNTA GORDA — On the Fourth of July, Peace River Wildlife Center celebrates the nation’s birthday by featuring “Eagle Encounters,” of Bilfred and Captain Arthur, the resident bald eagles who live at the site.
From 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday, PRWC assistant curators Katie Allen and Jen Fick will speak and then offer a 20-minute question and answer session at the center, 3400 Ponce de Leon Parkway in Punta Gorda.
