PORT CHARLOTTE — Charlotte County investigators charged a second man in connection with the Saturday night shooting death of 17-year-old Anthony Steven Romero in Port Charlotte.
Octavion Washington, 18, of Port Charlotte, was charged as a principle in the first degree for the homicide, the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office announced Tuesday night.
