A Florida man is behind bars after police say he tied up his friend, held him at his home, and robbed his bank account.
In a Facebook post, the Lee County Sheriff’s Office announced the arrest of Nicholas Flores, 32, who was charged with robbery, kidnapping, and possession of controlled substance.
According to police, Flores met with a friend of his to discuss the latter man buying a PlayStation 5. The friend, who was not named by police, went to Flores’ home on Monday. While he was there, Flores allegedly retrieved a machete and choked the other man until he was unconscious.
