NORTH PORT — North Port home prices are falling faster than anywhere in the nation, while Punta Gorda’s are also dropping the fifth fastest, according to a ConsumerAffairs report.
ConsumerAffairs listed five cities with the fastest home price decreases from April 2024 to April 2025. Four of the cities are in Florida.
