PUNTA GORDA — A Port Charlotte man convicted of robbing a convenience store in Punta Gorda in 2019 received his third life sentence this week, prosecutors announced.
Shamar Blair, 28, was convicted this week of armed robbery at a Circle K store in May of 2019.
Immediately after the conviction, the jury determined that Blair qualifies as a Prison Release Reoffender, and is eligible for a life sentence in the Florida State Corrections system, records show…
