BRADENTON — A teenager who had been reportedly vacationing in Englewood got out of a car while en route north on Interstate 75 and texted his mother “Mom help.”
Now, near where he exited the vehicle, a body has been found in a body of water, a retention pond. And his family says it was his remains.
Giovanni Pelletier, 18, had been in Englewood. The people he was with, reportedly cousins, had left with him a week earlier. They have stated to authorities he started acting erratically and wanted out of the vehicle near State Road 70 and Interstate 75 along the Sarasota County/Manatee County line…
