Naples Hooters Brings Books and Lunch to Bonita Springs Cancer Clinic in Monthly Outreach Effort

Naples Hooters continues to make a difference in the local community with its heartfelt monthly outreach to the Richard M. Schulze Family Foundation Cancer Clinic at the Bonita Community Health Center. On the first Monday of each month, Hooters team members deliver both nourishment and inspiration to the clinic’s patients and staff.

This month, Kelly Deihl from Fort Myers Hooters and Jaimee Howes from Naples Hooters restocked the Hootie’s Lending Library cart with a fresh selection of books, adult coloring materials, and puzzle books. The additions included new novels, word searches, crayons, colored pencils, and markers—thoughtfully chosen to help patients pass the time during treatments.

In addition to replenishing the library, the team treated the hardworking clinic staff to a delicious lunch of wings and sliders as a small token of appreciation.

“This was my first time bringing food to the Bonita Community Health Center Clinic,” said Deihl. “Every time I do something with Hooters outside of the store, it’s so eye-opening how involved we are. The employees couldn’t have been more grateful. I hope they truly felt the appreciation we have for them.”…
